Barbara might seem calm and docile, but she's got enough spines to make up for Todd's lack of one, and she isn't afraid to donate them to the faces and other soft parts of your opponents. Surgery isn't exactly the forte of Heckfire's doctors (they're really more of a leeches and shrugging sort of crowd) so getting one of Barbara's two foot quill out of a guards prefrontal cortex isn't going to happen. Put more opponents in the ground with Barbara!
