    My son downloaded the game to join my clan but ended up in a different realm. Is there any way to fix this?

    You send a ticket to ATA asking them to transfer the account from whatever realm it is to whichever realm you happen to be in. As to how to tell which realm you're in, never been able to figure that one out to be honest...
