I have recently received A notification on a ally, it was a refund. A refund due to the acc being RESET on me, apparently due to being inactive.. It was my understanding that kingdoms would be removed from the map after prolonged inactivity, however I was under the impression they would still remain in the database.. Has this changed ?? Will we soon be having all our BFA taken away? I would also like to know what % are we receiving as refund ? Is it the full amount ? Or is it a similar system to kaw wherein we get a larger % depending on how long we owned it.. These are actually pretty important questions, with drastic consequences for a LOT of players.

Open discussion, and input from those with similar experience or those who actually know what is going on.

Well so far this has actually cost me a growing amount, now easily into the millions! You get a small % refunded.

someone said they only got half the price (someone else said 60%) of the ally... IDK if that's true, but still...we should get full price if we didn't actually drop the ally. Why should we lose gold for ATA deciding to take our ally away?

I dont know what ally is active or not, I buy when I have gold. don't like the idea of it disappearing because of a decision, by someone else, not mine. If ATA decides to get rid of player, surely we need to get right amount back, not a dropped price?

    Hey there,
I'm going to be following up with our support and game design team members as this is not the experience we want our players to have.

I'll provide an update as soon as I have more information to share.

Over the weekend a number of inactive players were de-activated and dropped as Allies. Owners of these Allies incorrectly received a partial refund of the total value of these Allies.

This was not the intended behavior, nor the kind of experience we want to provide to our players. We will soon be sending out in-game mail to the affected users with more information.

We apologize for the confusion and our lack of communication. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked to correct this mistake.

Thank you for responding to these Grant. We were quite upset, and the weekend was the worst time for those changes to happen since no one would really be on to answer. I'm happy you guys were able to fix this and that it was an error, and not the new way of the ally market.
