Shield in City or logout confirmation

IDEA 1
I feel like if you have a shield up you should have a glow animation like when you are getting scouted or attacked. But i would be the color of the shield you have activated like purple, blue, green, etc.

(Only real issue would be the fire shield) (maybe use white?)

IDEA 2
When logging out i feel there should be a confirmation that you have no shield activated. Then the second confirmation could be the standard log out.

Reason:
I feel when i am rushed by life i forgot my sheild sometimes. A reminder like in city would help. You can see your shield from the world view but not in city. I just think it would be a great addition to the game.
