Swamp sorcery

Why is swamp sorcery research unlocked at university level 14? Grass is 10 and badlands is 12, making them fit in the th 10-12 bracket, but swamp is in the 13-15??? Why are the biomes even different anyways? Why not all 10 or 12 or 14?

I guess it may not matter for those in high town halls, but I have rekker and bob and I won’t be able to unlock his full potential till I am willing to jump to town hall 15, and that’s annoying, since if I had wrot, I could unlock badlands brutality as a town hall 12

 

Really though... it seems as if this ganne puts a majority on the grasslands biome, then the badlands, then the swamp. How hard is it to change all the research to the same town hall? It’s not like it makes anything unbalanced, if anything, it makes the biomes more balanced for lower town hall levels. Since I am planning to stay in the 9-12 th bracket, I cannot fully utilize my swamp dragons, unlike if I had focused on any other type.

 

Yeah... but they are the same research, just different biome specializations... it just doesn’t really make sense. If they don’t want you hanging around, why not make ALL the biome research town hall 15 or whatever?
