You will not need to make a new account to be eligible for rewards. You will be granted rewards (once the appropriate requirements are met) retroactively. Nobody is getting left out! I want to start a new account for this. How do I do that?To disconnect your old account and start a new account, please send in a ticket to the Single City support team and they’ll start you off with a new account! Do I need an ATA ID to participate?Absolutely! Yes! A thousand times, yes! Be sure both your Single City and Heckfire accounts are connected with the same ATA ID. If they are not the same ATA ID, you will not be able to receive rewards. How long do we have to earn these rewards?This event officially begins at 11 AM Pacific Time on January 9th and will end at 11 AM Pacific Time on February 5th, 2025. When will I receive my rewards?We will send out rewards daily, starting at 11 a.m. PT! Progress made on your account, or an ATA ID being linked to an existing account by 8am PT (the same day) should track for the 11 AM reward window. If progress/changes were made too late in our system though, you will have to wait until the next day! How many games can I earn rewards for?As many as you play! These rewards will be sent to all games that share the same ATA ID as your Single City account, so no need to choose just one!
