📝 Creation Process and Rules around Custom Avatars 📝

• The player will be provided with a deadline to submit their design mood board, preferred avatar name, and description. We will be providing them with a template document to use.
• While we can't guarantee when the art will be completed, we'll begin the process right away.
• Once the initial sketch is completed, it will be sent to the player, who must provide any feedback within 48 hours.
• Our Narrative Designers will review the avatar name and description and, if needed, reach out to the player regarding any necessary changes. The player will have 48 hours to provide feedback.
• Once the final artwork is completed, it will be sent to the winner, who will have an additional 48 hours to offer any further feedback.
• While we'll do our absolute best to create the avatar you envision, please note that ATA reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the design.
